A. The Manutelligence Project Objectives are: 1. Creating a cross-disciplinary collaborative management environment for Product-Service engineering. To increase the efficiency in the design process 2. Integrating completely the Product and Service Lifecycle Managements to support cross development 3. Involving all the key partakers in the value chain, including customers 4. Developing a platform for Product-Service Design and Manufacturing Intelligence 5. Extending and improving the use of Simulation and optimize it through use of field data 6. Improving precise and quick measures, and Simulations of cost and Sustainability issues through 1. Life Cycle Cost, 2. Life Cycle Analysis and 3. CO2 footprint http://www.manutelligence.eu/?page_id=135 B. Manutelligence's Vision & Mission are about improving the product and service developments. This improvement is done by connecting the product and service (developments) together via/by cross-disciplinary feedback loops through modular, collaborative and secure manufacturing data. The idea is: 1. to design a product from the first life-cycle stage onwards, so the product acts as an enabler for multiple services on top 2. to enable manufacturers to design and develop new innovative services based on their existing product 3. to develop new products and tailored services based on product usage information and customer’s wish. This platform will enable designers and engineers to access data from both 1. the traditional enterprise IT systems (CAD, CAX, PLM, MES, etc.) and 2. IoT enabled systems > in order to access information of physical products and knowledge management. The platform needs to facilite the cooperation and collaboration of enterprises on the market. http://www.manutelligence.eu/?page_id=2 C. Manutelligence is "An online design platform for intelligent manufacturing" The Manutelligence project is creating an online platform for manufacturing companies that aims to boost efficiency when designing a new service or product. The platform will also enable the reuse and optimisation of designs and close the gap between design, manufacturing and testing. The "Product Service Design and Manufacturing Intelligence Engineering Platform" is focusing on four use cases: - automotive - ships - smart houses - the ‘FABLab’ (a [3D printing] digital manufacturing workplace that can be used by anyone) https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/horizon2020/en/news/online-design-platform-intelligent-manufacturing
