The Made in Europe Partnership contributes to Europe’s green, digital and human-centric industrial transformation by supporting research and innovation in advanced manufacturing technologies and fostering collaboration across European manufacturing ecosystems.
Through the mobilisation of industry, academia, research organisations, SMEs, public authorities and other stakeholders, the partnership contributes to the implementation of several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular SDGs 4, 8, 9, 12 and 13, while supporting the objectives of the European Green Deal, the twin green and digital transition, industrial resilience and sustainable competitiveness.
These strategic orientations and research priorities are reflected in the Made in Europe Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA).
The Made in Europe Partnership contributes to inclusive and equitable quality education and promotes lifelong learning opportunities through the development and deployment of next-generation manufacturing technologies and industrial approaches.
Through collaborative research and innovation projects, stakeholder engagement, dissemination activities, industrial networking and cross-sector cooperation, the partnership strengthens advanced manufacturing skills, digital capabilities and workforce readiness for the green and digital transitions.
The partnership also supports human-centric manufacturing systems and continuous upskilling and reskilling across European manufacturing ecosystems, as reflected in the Made in Europe SRIA.
