Stakeholder Workshop on Feedback-to-Policy: Shaping Better Research and Innovation Policies

On 4–5 November 2026, stakeholders from across Europe will gather in Brussels for the Stakeholder Workshop on Feedback-to-Policy, co-organised by DG RTD and HaDEA. The two-day event will bring together project representatives, policy experts, and European Commission officials to explore how knowledge generated through EU-funded projects can better inform research and innovation policymaking.

The workshop is designed as an interactive forum, combining presentations, discussions, and collaborative sessions that encourage participants to exchange experiences and identify practical approaches for strengthening the link between project results and policy development. By fostering dialogue between stakeholders and policymakers, the event aims to improve the mechanisms through which evidence and lessons learned are translated into future European initiatives.

Beyond knowledge sharing, the workshop represents an important opportunity to build stronger connections across the European research and innovation community. Participants will contribute to shaping more effective feedback processes, helping ensure that the outcomes of EU-funded projects continue to support evidence-based policymaking and maximize their long-term impact.
