Pre-Publication of Horizon Europe Work Programme 2025 Now Available

Finally the Horizon Europe Work Programme 2025, alongside updates to the amended 2023–2025 Work Programme, has been released by the European Commission. While these drafts are not yet officially adopted, they provide an early look at the strategic priorities and funding opportunities expected for the coming year. Formal adoption is anticipated in May 2025.

At EFFRA, we are particularly enthusiastic about the continued focus on Cluster 4: ‘Digital, Industry and Space’. This cluster plays a pivotal role in advancing Europe’s leadership in key sectors through cutting-edge research, collaborative innovation, and digital transformation.

Cluster 4 presents critical pathways for strengthening Europe’s industrial competitiveness and resilience, supporting sustainability, and accelerating the twin green and digital transitions.

We encourage all stakeholders to explore the draft documents and begin preparing for the calls.
