Smart Factories of Tomorrow: Transitioning to Industry 4.0/5.0

The Slovenian Business & Research Association (SBRA), the Slovenian Ministry of the Economy, Tourism and Sport and the Strategic Research Innovation Partnership of Factories of the Future (SRIP FoF) are organising the , “Smart Factories of Tomorrow: Transitioning to Industry 4.0/5.0”, taking place on the 26th March 2025, from 09:30 to 13:00 at the University Foundation in Brussels, Belgium.

The event will focus on the transformative potential of smart factories in driving sustainable innovation and enhancing industrial efficiency. Participants will gain insights into the role of smart factories within the EU’s research and innovation agenda, as well as the impact of Smart Specialisation Strategies in supporting this evolution. Featuring a distinguished lineup of speakers and thought leaders – including EFFRA Executive Director, Zeljko Pazin – the conference promises to be a hub of ideas and expertise, offering a comprehensive overview of cutting-edge research and technological breakthroughs.
