Draft Work Programme 2025

EFFRA, in collaboration with the European Commission and participating countries, is making significant progress on the development of the Made in Europe Partnership call topics for 2025. The partnership triangle continues to demonstrate its strength in shaping impactful research and innovation initiatives for advanced manufacturing across Europe.

Our ongoing work is focused on defining strategic call topics that will drive technological advancements, foster collaboration across stakeholders, and address key societal and industrial challenges aligned with the green and digital transitions.

Draft Made in Europe Topics for 2025

Although this work will continue until the end of April, we are pleased to share preliminary insights into the potential scopes and objectives of the upcoming call topics. These draft areas aim to provide early guidance for organisations preparing for participation in the next call.

  • 2025-01-TWIN-TRANSITION-01: Integrated approaches for remanufacturing (Made in Europe Partnership) (IA) 35M€
  • 2025-01-TWIN-TRANSITION-02: Physical and cognitive augmentation in advanced manufacturing (Made in Europe Partnership) (RIA) 35M€
  • 2025-01-TWIN-TRANSITION-05: Advanced manufacturing technologies for leadership of EU manufacturers in products for the net-zero industry (Made in Europe Partnership) (IA) 42M€
  • 2025-04-DIGITAL-EMERGING-07: GenAI4EU in Robotics and industrial automation (RIA) (AI/Data/Robotics and Made in Europe Partnerships) 85M€
  • 2025-01-TWIN-TRANSITION-34: Smart integration of net zero technologies into Energy Intensive industries (Processes4Planet and Made in Europe partnerships) (IA) 25M€

Important Dates to Note

  • Info Days: The European Commission is organising the Info Days, with possible dates set for 13 & 14 May 2025.
  • Proposal Deadlines:
    • Twin-Transition-NN: 23 September 2025
    • Digital-Emerging-07: 02 October 2025
