KC STV is private innovation & research organisation, established in 2016 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. It connects public and private research institutions and companies and promotes transferring knowledge and technologies related to advanced control technologies into industrial practice. KC STV has a research group for advanced control technologies registered with the Slovenian Research and Innovation Agency (ARIS).
KC STV is a beneficiary of the Slovenian Strategic Research and Innovation Partnership for the Factories of the Future. As innovation cluster of advanced process control technologies (STV) with 40+ members covers the vertical value chain of intelligent control systems for future factories, as well as the transversal network for process control technologies for all domains of Slovenian Smart Specialisation. Our program covers multiple priority technological directions in fields of automatization, informatization and cyberization that are applicable also across different technological domains. We promote extensive use of AI and data technologies in our Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda. We actively participate as members in several domestic and EU organizations in the field of control technologies, AI, data and green energy.
